When we check in your pet sometimes it is difficult to tell if there are fleas present until we get the animal wet.

You will get a phone call first if we did not notice a problem when checking in before it is added onto your bill. 

Any dog that comes in with fleas immediately is put into the tub for a flea bath and charged an extra $5.00.
